Ring Size Guide
Getting your ring size right is one of the most important steps when ordering a made-to-order piece. Because every inGrained ring is crafted individually to your specification, we want to make sure it fits perfectly from the moment it arrives.
For the most accurate measurement, we strongly recommend one of the following approaches rather than improvised home methods.
How to Find Your Ring Size
Option 1: Buy a Ring Sizer Set
A set of plastic or metal sizing rings can be purchased inexpensively online. Simply try each ring on the finger you plan to wear your inGrained ring on until you find the most comfortable fit. These are widely available and give you a reliable, repeatable measurement you can refer back to.
Option 2: Visit a Jeweller
Any local jeweller will be happy to measure your finger for free using professional sizing tools. This is the most accurate method and takes only a minute or two. We recommend this especially if you are ordering a wider band, as wider rings tend to fit more snugly and may require sizing up.

Tips for an Accurate Fit
- Measure at the end of the day. Fingers are naturally slightly larger in the evening — this gives the most comfortable fit for everyday wear.
- Avoid measuring when cold. Cold temperatures cause fingers to shrink, which can lead to ordering too small.
- Consider the band width. Wider bands fit more snugly. If you're ordering a wider ring, consider going half a size up.

A Note on Exchanges
Because every inGrained ring is made to order by hand, we ask that you take care when selecting your size. That said, we understand that sizing can be tricky — particularly for a gift. If your ring doesn't fit as expected, please contact us and we'll do our very best to help. Please be aware that made-to-order pieces may have longer lead times for adjustments, and exchange eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis. We can also resize all rings up or down by atleast half a size for you.
