Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on every order.

All rings are made and shipped to order, my processing times vary and are estimated at checkout and shown. Please contact us if you need a ring by a specific date, we will try to help.

All UK orders will be posted with the Royal Mail, using their '1st Class Signed For' service.

I would expect your parcel to arrive within 1-2 working days after posting.

 

All International orders are shipped with Royal Mail, using their 'International Tracked and Signed 5-7 Day' service.

Although this is described as a 5-7 day service I have found due to customs clearances you should allow up to 10 days for delivery, from the date of posting.

 

All rings are shipped in an individual leather pouch or ring box for safety.

 

If your ring is being posted Internationally the outside of the package will be required by law to state the contents. A customs form will be affixed, so if you are ordering as a gift/ surprise for somebody who is likely to see the package arrive please provide an alternative postage address.
