i wanted to purchase one of the designs as my wedding ring and therefore had some important questions for Glen to ensure i got the ring how i wanted and looking great. (after all, i’m going to be wearing it for a long long time).
i’d sent Glen a few questions before placing the order which he promptly responded to and said he would sent me pictures of the ring before sending it out in case i was not happy with it and he would not charge me.
This was done and i need not have been concerned - it looked great.
Now i have the ring and have shown it off to a few people who have all been surprised by how wonderfully good looking (and yes, different) it is.
can’t fault the communication/service or product.
